The service
SlotBetter provides booking and event-management software at slotbetter.io to event organisers and their participants.
A software platform, not a payment intermediary
SlotBetter is a software platform only. We do not collect, hold, or transmit payments. Any payment for an event is made by the participant directly to the organiser; SlotBetter is never a party to that transaction.
Bookings
When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice. Your booking is subject to the organiser's own terms and to availability.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Organiser responsibilities
Event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their event details, for their own compliance obligations toward participants, and for honouring confirmed bookings.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, SlotBetter is not liable for the acts of organisers or for matters outside its reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) where personal data is concerned.
Changes to these terms
This is an interim set of terms pending counsel review. A counsel-reviewed version will replace it before SlotBetter processes any real personal data.
