Event Rules & Disputes
Organisers own the terms of attendance, cancellation policies, refunds, and entry requirements. Since all ticket receipts are paid directly to your bank account, any pricing, dispute resolution, or refund request is resolved directly between you and the attendee.
SlotBetter is the infrastructure provider; it does not arbitrate financial disputes between organizers and participants. If a participant requests a cancellation, modification, or refund, they deal directly with your organization. Platform resolution is strictly your responsibility.
