Who we are
SlotBetter is a booking and event-management software platform operated at slotbetter.io. This notice explains what personal data we handle when you book an event and why.
Legal basis for processing
We process attendee personal data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you book. Under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and its implementing Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP, consent is the lawful ground for that processing. Where we serve participants in Singapore, we also align our handling with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012.
What we collect (data minimization)
We collect only what is needed to complete your booking: your name, your email address, and — optionally — your phone number, together with your answers to any questions the event organiser asks. We do not collect personal data we do not need.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to process and confirm your booking, to communicate with you about the event, and to share the necessary attendee details with the organiser you booked with. SlotBetter is a software platform, not a payment intermediary — any payment is made by you directly to the organiser.
Retention
We keep attendee personal data only as long as needed for the event. Personal data is deleted approximately 30 days after the event to which it relates.
Cross-border processing
Your data may be processed on infrastructure located outside Vietnam. Where that happens, we apply the protections required by PDPL Law 91/2025/QH15 and, for participants in Singapore, the PDPA 2012.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at hello@slotbetter.io.
Cookies
SlotBetter uses only the cookies necessary to operate the booking flow. This notice covers that cookie use; we do not maintain a separate cookie policy.
Changes to this notice
